AIM: To facilitate, guide, co-ordinate and support bilateral relations with governments, agriculture, forestry and fisheries organisations and forums in the rest of the world (America, Australasia, Europe, and the Middle East)

FUNCTIONS:

1.     Analyse and facilitate the development of appropriate bilateral relations trade policies specific country or region

2.     Analyse and facilitate the establishment of sound development cooperation bilateral relations in a specific country or region

3.     Render advice on trade and development cooperation engagements for a specific country, block or region

4.     Monitor and evaluate events and developments which impacts on agriculture, forestry and fisheries

5.     Provide support in the negotiations on matter of influence to agriculture, forestry and fisheries
